Our Philosophy

We understand that providing exceptional services means we aim to be the best that we can be to help others, and continually take measures to improve our quality of care. We believe in hiring knowledgeable employees who are committed to partnering with disabled individuals, along with their families and community supports, creating an environment that supports their personal growth and independence.

Thrive Behavioral Network has 23 programs throughout Minnesota, offering the following social and healthcare services:

  • Home and Community Based Services - Adult Foster Care

  • Residential Crisis Services

  • Residential Mental Health Services

At all of our locations we maintain the highest levels of comfort, security and respect for the individuals we serve. We make it a priority to have their stay feel as much like home as possible, where they are able to be safe and independent while receiving the quality care and individualized treatment(s) they require.

“We, the brother and sister-in-law of [client] would like to compliment and praise you for the caring attitude and gentle care given to him through his different illnesses. You have gone way beyond the regular assistance you have given him. Thanks for all you do.” — Family Members of Resident

“I would like to say a few words about the folks who manage and maintain [Thrive Behavioral Network, LLC facility]. My son has lived there for 8 years. He has a chronic illness and could not be at a better place. [Staff name] is the best and really cares about who lives there! [client name] was here over the weekend and out of the blue I asked him ‘on a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate your caregiver?’ He didn’t hesitate for a second- ‘[staff name] gets a 10!’ As a mother I can’t thank them enough.”  — Mother of Resident
